Aquamundo presents the largest full-scale shark exhibit in Chile.
In an effort to show the country the great variety of sharks that exist in our coast, Aquamundo made its own exhibition with a sample of more than 50 life-size species.
Located in the city of Viña del Mar, specifically in the Botanical Garden, is presented: "Chile Country of Sharks" an exhibition where you can discover more than fifty species of sharks that inhabit our country in real size.
The exhibition is on display in the garden city from January 10 to February 20, Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. The entrance fee is $5,000 pesos general price. An unmissable panorama for this vacation season.
The exhibition has more than 500 square meters distributed in three thematic geodesic domes. In the first one we will learn about the sharks that inhabit the central coast, which occasionally could be seen in our thing. In the second dome we will dive in the dome called Deep Ocean, which are the smallest in size and dark in color, like the bottom. And the last one, is the Open Ocean dome, which are the predators that inspire us more respect.
The tour is designed for children and adults to have fun, but also to learn about shark species in real size.
We invite you to visit the first exhibition on marine fauna that does not use live animals, in addition to the fact that no other aquarium or museum in the world has all these species together. It is an educational Expo where information is given on each of the different species of sharks that inhabit our country, a panorama for the whole family.
